Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and suites according to brand standards
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities in all guest rooms
- Vacuum, dust, and sanitize all surfaces including bathrooms
- Stock cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover
- Provide excellent service to guests during interactions
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
