Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to maintain high standards.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to ensure a pristine environment.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in guest rooms.
- Empty trash bins and ensure waste disposal areas are clean and organized.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with clients or colleagues.
Qualifications
- Entry Level: No prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is necessary.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting dirt and dust to ensure a spotless finish.
- Reliability: Punctual and committed to maintaining a consistent work schedule.
- Communication: Basic English speaking and listening skills.
