Responsibilities
- Cleaning & Sanitizing: Perform deep cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing of all assigned areas including bedrooms, living rooms, and bathrooms.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry according to client preferences.
- Restocking: Ensure that cleaning supplies and amenities are restocked after each visit.
- Organization: Organize closets, kitchenettes, and living spaces to maintain a tidy appearance.
- Inspection: Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure all quality standards are met before departure.
- Communication: Report any maintenance issues or damages to the property management team immediately.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting dust and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Valid ID: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Communication Skills: Basic English skills required for following instructions and interacting with clients.
- Background Check: Willingness to pass a standard background check.
