Responsibilities
- Maintain Spotless Environments: Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Room Preparation: Strip and make beds, change linens, and organize bathrooms and kitchens to a pristine standard.
- Sanitation: Follow strict cleaning protocols to ensure all areas meet health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and amenities (soap, paper products) as needed.
- Equipment Care: Properly handle, clean, and store all cleaning equipment and tools.
- Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: A positive attitude and willingness to learn are the only prerequisites.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting dust, dirt, and areas that need improvement.
- Flexibility: Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Valid Driver's License: (Preferred) for occasional travel to client locations.
