Responsibilities
- Perform thorough deep cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping of all assigned areas, including residential homes and commercial spaces.
- Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens to the highest industry standards.
- Restock cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities to ensure readiness for the next guest or client.
- Handle laundry and linen services, ensuring proper folding and organizing.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while interacting with clients and homeowners.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and chemical handling instructions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must possess physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
