Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas according to strict quality standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure bathrooms are spotless and fully stocked.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors efficiently.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners regularly.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, paper products) as needed.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills required.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- No previous cleaning experience is necessary; we will train the right candidate.
