Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to company standards and safety protocols.
- Make beds and arrange amenities to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners in guest rooms and public areas.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors and surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
- Restock toiletries and amenities in guest bathrooms.
- Report maintenance issues to the supervisor to ensure timely repairs.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding guest information.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior housekeeping or hospitality experience required.
- Ability to perform physical labor including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills.
