Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage linens and supplies by washing, drying, folding, and restocking amenities in guest rooms or client homes.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners in restrooms and common areas.
- Adhere to strict safety and cleaning protocols to ensure a healthy environment for clients and staff.
- Report maintenance issues or missing items to the management team immediately.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (typically 4-8 hours per shift).
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Reliable transportation is required, especially for shift work that may involve early mornings or late nights.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific checklists and instructions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- No prior housekeeping experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
