Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to maintain a pristine environment.
- Change linens, restock amenities (soap, shampoo), and ensure rooms meet our exacting cleanliness standards.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor promptly.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to management to ensure a safe facility.
- Adhere to strict health and safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
