Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to the highest standards.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels, linens) ensuring a complete and welcoming guest experience.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and steam cleaners safely and efficiently.
- Handle laundry duties, including sorting, washing, folding, and pressing linens.
- Follow all safety protocols, chemical handling guidelines, and infection control measures.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report low stock immediately.
- Adhere to strict time management schedules to ensure rooms are ready for check-in.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
