Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Mop, vacuum, and dust all surfaces, including baseboards and furniture.
- Sanitize bathrooms, restock toilet paper and towels, and ensure fixtures are sparkling clean.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the maintenance team immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with residents or guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, reaching).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work ethic.
