Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, suites, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) are fully stocked.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to maintain a spotless appearance.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the management team immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work ethic.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
