Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to company standards.
- Bed Making: Change linens, make beds, and ensure all linens are fresh and pressed.
- Restocking: Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) and maintain a well-stocked cart.
- Maintenance: Report maintenance issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Sanitation: Adhere to strict health and safety protocols to ensure a germ-free environment.
- Guest Service: Interact with guests politely and address any immediate cleaning requests.
Qualifications
- Entry Level: No prior experience required; full training provided.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and organization.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills.
