Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, including proper chemical handling and waste disposal.
- Respond to guest requests and special instructions in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to maximize room turnover rates.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required; full training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and push heavy carts.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
