Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standard of cleanliness.
- Bedding & Amenities: Make beds with precision, change linens, and ensure all toiletries and amenities are fully stocked.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and linens to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with guests to address any specific requests or concerns.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations set by the company and local authorities.
- Time Management: Efficiently complete assigned rooms within the allotted time to maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic applicants.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is clean and inviting.
- Reliability: Strong history of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
