Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to our strict quality standards.
- Restocking: Ensure guest rooms are fully stocked with amenities such as toiletries, linens, and towels.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, fold, and iron linens and guest clothing as required.
- Inspection: Conduct final inspections of rooms to ensure all areas meet company and health department regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Properly handle and clean cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with guests and address any immediate requests regarding room cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; we provide training for the right candidates.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
