Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms and public areas to meet brand standards.
- Change linens, dust furniture, and ensure bathrooms are spotless.
- Restock amenities and supplies to maintain room readiness.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and special requests.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment for guests and staff.
- Report maintenance issues to the engineering department immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but comprehensive training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods without fatigue.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for logging work orders.
