Responsibilities
- Perform Thorough Cleaning: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict quality standards and safety protocols.
- Bed Making & Linens: Change bed linens, make beds to hotel standards, and ensure all linens are fresh and neatly arranged.
- Restocking Supplies: Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities, ensuring rooms are fully stocked for incoming guests.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Sanitation: Follow CDC guidelines and company policies to ensure all surfaces are disinfected and germ-free.
- Laundry Duties: Sort, wash, fold, and iron linens and towels as required.
- Guest Service: Interact with guests and staff with a friendly and professional attitude, maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or cleaning is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot dust, stains, and areas that need extra attention to ensure perfection.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
