Your Role
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality for our guests. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment through exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established safety and sanitation standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and organized.
- Empty trash cans, dust furniture, and vacuum carpets and rugs throughout the property.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and staff.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Follow all chemical handling and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is required; we train the right candidates.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
