Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established health and safety standards.
- Make beds and ensure all linens are fresh, neat, and properly arranged.
- Vacuum, dust, and mop floors and furniture throughout the property.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged furniture to the supervisor immediately.
- Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Adhere to time management protocols to ensure rooms are turned over efficiently.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we are looking for a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform physical labor including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
- Basic English proficiency for following instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
