Responsibilities
- General Cleaning: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors in residential homes.
- Bathroom & Kitchen Sanitation: Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, showers, and kitchen appliances to the highest standards.
- Laundry & Organization: Sort and wash linens, as well as organize closets and living spaces.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the property.
- Supply Management: Ensure cleaning carts are stocked with necessary supplies and report shortages.
- Client Satisfaction: Interact professionally with clients and follow specific cleaning checklists provided.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to maintain a consistent schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift moderately heavy objects (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn new cleaning techniques.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for local travel.
