Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to the highest industry standards.
- Make beds, fluff pillows, and ensure linens are fresh, clean, and neatly arranged.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean bathrooms thoroughly.
- Empty trash cans, replace liners, and ensure waste disposal areas are tidy.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toiletries in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost items to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and health guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation to and from various job sites.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
