Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked and ready for use.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize high-touch surfaces, including doorknobs and light switches.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the assigned areas.
- Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor while interacting with residents, guests, and management.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
