Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest industry standards.
- Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are crisp, tucked, and amenities are fully stocked.
- Sanitize and disinfect all surfaces, including bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the assigned floor or area.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Management immediately.
- Interact professionally and courteously with guests and fellow team members.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and health department regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or custodial services is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Basic English proficiency for communication purposes.
