Your Mission:
Ensure every guest room is spotless, welcoming, and exceeds our high standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors and windows.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toiletries in guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or plumbing problems, to the Engineering department immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stored safely and inventory is managed efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
