Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and deep-cleaning surfaces
- Service public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to maintain impeccable standards
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the Facilities Manager promptly
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and submit accurate usage reports
- Adhere to all brand standards and health/safety protocols
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Strong communication skills and team player mentality
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
