Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas using industry-standard protocols
- Restock amenities and supplies while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally via our digital communication system
- Operate commercial laundry equipment efficiently and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to safety protocols and eco-friendly sustainability practices
- Collaborate with overnight security and engineering teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for supply transport if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety
- Positive attitude with excellent guest service orientation
