- Perform deep cleaning tasks including carpet care, upholstery, and window treatments
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainable practices in all cleaning procedures
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
- Train junior staff on cleaning techniques and service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with high standards of cleanliness
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of green cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
