Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established health and safety standards.
- Make beds and ensure linens are fresh and folded neatly in accordance with brand standards.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and towels to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the maintenance team immediately to ensure the property remains in pristine condition.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when entering guest rooms.
- Organize storage areas and closets to maximize efficiency and accessibility.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding chemical usage and equipment handling.
Qualifications
