Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms and public areas to the highest industry standards.
- Restock amenities, linens, and toiletries to ensure guest satisfaction and readiness.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to management immediately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage closets, and linen rooms.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety protocols, and brand standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills to ensure rooms are cleaned efficiently.
- Must be reliable and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid state-issued ID and ability to pass a background check.
