Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to strict quality standards.
- Restocking: Ensure rooms are fully stocked with fresh linens, toiletries, and amenities for new arrivals.
- Inspection: Conduct final inspections to ensure all amenities are functional and rooms meet our luxury standards.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering department promptly.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and report on the usage of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with guests or responding to requests.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for candidates with little to no prior housekeeping experience.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting dust, stains, or maintenance needs.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English language skills for reading checklists and communicating with the team.
