Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and bathrooms thoroughly, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels.
- Strip and make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize surfaces.
- Empty trash bins and replace with fresh liners as needed.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maximize room turnover efficiency.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
