Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to meet our exacting standards.
- Hallway Maintenance: Maintain common areas, corridors, and restrooms to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all guests.
- Deep Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including carpet shampooing, window washing, and furniture polishing as directed.
- Stock Management: Monitor and replenish housekeeping carts and supply closets to ensure efficiency.
- Guest Satisfaction: Anticipate guest needs and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues immediately to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper handling of chemicals and waste disposal.
Qualifications
