Responsibilities
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure guest rooms, hallways, and public areas are spotless, sanitized, and presented to the highest standards.
- Guest Satisfaction: Provide a welcoming and professional experience for guests by maintaining a friendly demeanor and responding promptly to requests.
- Room Preparation: Prepare guest rooms according to the standard operating procedures, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the front desk and culinary teams to ensure seamless guest operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
