Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established quality standards and safety protocols.
- Ensure all amenities, linens, and supplies are stocked, organized, and ready for use.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and missing items promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and respect for guest privacy at all times.
- Follow all chemical handling procedures and use equipment safely and efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional service to guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and move furniture when necessary.
- Basic English proficiency required for effective communication.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
