Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure bathrooms are spotless and fully stocked with amenities.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors throughout the property.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners in guest rooms and common areas.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding COVID-19 and infection control.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit with the stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic English communication skills to interact with guests and staff.
