Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and common areas to meet exacting cleanliness standards.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
- Restock guest amenities, linens, and toiletries to ensure a complete and welcoming room setup.
- Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency during your shift to maximize productivity.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety procedures, and health regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not strictly required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to undergo a background check.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new cleaning techniques.
