Responsibilities
- Sanitize and clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to high standards of hygiene.
- Make beds and ensure linens are fresh, folded, and arranged according to company standards.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels in guest rooms and replenish supplies.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop all floors and furniture to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages immediately to the supervisor.
- Follow strict cleaning checklists to ensure safety and quality compliance.
Qualifications
- No prior cleaning experience required; training is provided.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
