Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Perform detailed room turnovers including bed making, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking amenities
- Operate commercial laundry equipment and manage linen inventory
- Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering team
- Adhere to hotel safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping supervisors for seamless operations
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently on weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Valid Massachusetts work authorization
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety standards
- Must pass background check and drug screening
