Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Make beds with precision, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) for a welcoming guest experience.
- Conduct thorough inspections of rooms to identify maintenance issues, damages, or missing items.
- Follow strict safety and cleaning protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests to ensure total satisfaction.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report low stock levels to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
