Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to strict health and safety standards and brand guidelines.
- Make beds and ensure linens are crisp, clean, and arranged perfectly.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, soap, and coffee to meet guest expectations.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners in rooms and public areas.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces throughout the assigned areas.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Provide exceptional service by greeting guests with a smile and addressing any immediate concerns.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
- Must pass a background check.
