Responsibilities
- Cleaning Duties: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.
- Sanitation: Ensure all areas are sanitized and meet our strict hygiene standards.
- Restocking: Check and restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, towels, and toilet paper in guest rooms.
- Waste Management: Empty trash cans and replace liners in all assigned areas.
- Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Customer Service: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients or residents.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with little to no professional cleaning experience. We provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting dust, stains, and areas needing improvement.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance is essential.
- Communication: Basic English skills for understanding instructions and interacting with guests.
