Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and appearance.
- Make beds, change linens, and restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and polish surfaces to remove fingerprints and smudges.
- Sanitize bathrooms, ensuring mirrors, sinks, and toilets are spotless.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with residents or guests.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is required; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to maintain a clean environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
