Responsibilities
- Execute detailed cleaning protocols for guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked and organized according to standards.
- Empty trash bins, sanitize high-touch surfaces, and replace waste liners throughout the facility.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items immediately to the management team.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Follow all safety regulations and chemical handling procedures to ensure a safe workspace.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 8 hours) with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Physically capable of lifting 25+ pounds and performing repetitive motion tasks required for cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
