Responsibilities
- Room & Common Area Cleaning: Execute deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, corridors, and public areas to the highest industry standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock guest amenities, linens, and cleaning supplies to ensure readiness for arrivals.
- Sanitation: Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, including proper chemical handling and waste disposal.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of your work area to ensure compliance with our quality control guidelines.
- Guest Interaction: Respond professionally to housekeeping requests and maintain a positive demeanor with guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality cleaning is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hire candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting dust, stains, or maintenance issues.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
