Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest company standards.
- Make beds, replace linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked and organized.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols, including proper chemical handling.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the uniform policy at all times.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet strict turnaround times and cleaning schedules.
- Interact with guests and colleagues with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation and valid government-issued ID.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to maintain cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
