- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock carts efficiently
- Operate industrial-grade cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Adhere to strict cleanliness protocols and safety regulations
- Report maintenance issues and property damage promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Provide exceptional service while maintaining discretion in guest spaces
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
