Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to strict brand standards.
- Strip beds, change linens, and sanitize bathrooms to ensure a pristine guest experience.
- Restock amenities, replenish towels, and ensure bathrooms are fully stocked.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
