Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, towels, and linens to ensure a fully equipped room.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or cleanliness deficiencies and report them immediately to the management team.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain strict adherence to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations set by the hotel and local authorities.
- Organize and store cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently after each shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation and the flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to provide excellent service to guests.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push heavy carts.
