Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Strip and make beds with precision, ensuring linens are crisp and amenities are fully stocked.
- Empty trash bins, clean bathrooms, and dust surfaces to maintain a spotless environment.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately to ensure guest safety.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established checklists.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to arrive on time for shifts.
- Basic English language proficiency.
